1. Automatic Payment: Once subscribed, automatic payment will be taken every month unless cancelled by you or you contact us to cancel.

7. Recurring Payments: This includes authorizing automatic recurring payments for products or services labeled as "subscription" or with payment due "every 30 days," or any other recurring period. 

Cancellation/Termination:

1. Subscription Cancellation: If you want to cancel your subscription, you must do so before your next automatic payment date. No refunds will be provided if the payment has already gone through.

2. Refund Policy – We stand behind our products with a 30-day, 100% money-back guarantee. If for any reason you're not satisfied with your purchase, simply email us at [email protected], and we’ll promptly issue a refund.

   Please Note: Refunds are only available once per program. If you request a refund and then repurchase the same product, the second purchase will not qualify for a refund. The same policy applies to membership subscriptions: if you cancel and later rejoin, a refund will not be provided on the subsequent membership.

    If you are dissatisfied after your first class, you can claim a refund within 14 days. However, if you attend more than one lesson, no refund will be allowed. Additionally, if the 14-day period exceeds after the first class, no refund will be issued.

3. Termination by Us: We retain the right to revoke or terminate your access to the Site or any part thereof at our discretion, without prior notice. If such revocation or termination occurs, you are no longer authorized to access the affected portion of the Site. The limitations and requirements concerning any materials obtained from the Site, as well as the disclaimers and limitations of liability set forth in these Terms of Service, shall remain in effect following such revocation or termination.
4. ESL Whiteboard reserves the right to cancel classes or suspend class operations without notice due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to technical issues, instructor unavailability, or force majeure events. In such cases, ESL Whiteboard shall not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to travel expenses, inconvenience, or loss of learning opportunity. No refunds or credits will be issued for classes canceled or not held due to such circumstances.
5. Shipping Policy – All of our products are digital, meaning there’s no physical shipping involved. After your payment is processed, you’ll have immediate access to download your lessons and products electronically. Please note that you need to create an account to access some lessons and products. If you encounter any issues with account creation or accessing your materials, don't hesitate to contact us at [email protected] for support.

Disrespectful Behavior:

1. Engaging in disrespectful behavior, including the use of vulgar or offensive language, making threats, posting negative or false comments on our websites or social media accounts, or showing disrespect to our support staff, teachers, or other students, will result in the immediate termination of your access to our programs.

Classes Recording:

Classes are group classes and are 45 minutes long. They are automatically recorded and stored temporarily for you to watch back. These recordings are intended for personal use only and should not be shared or distributed without prior consent.

Class Cancellation Policy:

If no one has reserved a class within 24 hours, the class may be canceled. 

Booking Policy:

Please only book a class if you are sure you can attend at the time. If you are unsure, then please just show up at the time. There is no guarantee that there will be space for you, so plan your classes carefully.

Class Booking and Attendance:

  • It is expected that students attend the classes they book.
  • Punctuality:
    • Students must join the class on time.
    • If a student is more than 5 minutes late, they will be removed from the class to make space for other students.

• Class Full Policy:

  • If a class is full, students are advised to try joining again in 5 minutes as spaces may become available.

• Compliance:

  • By booking and attending classes, students agree to comply with these terms and conditions.

Fair Usage Policy:

Unlimited group classes are available for all students under the fair usage policy. This policy is designed to ensure that all students have access to classes and to prevent abuse of the unlimited class feature.

Contact Information Usage:

Your email and phone number may be used to contact you regarding classes and news. We may use this information to provide you with important updates, schedule changes, or other relevant information related to your classes.

No Guarantee of Fluency:

While our classes are designed to improve your language skills, we do not guarantee fluency. Fluency depends on various factors, including individual effort and practice. Each student's progress may vary, and results are not guaranteed.

Age Requirement:

To participate in our live lessons, individuals must be 18 years of age or older. For participants aged 16 to 18, written permission from a parent or legal guardian is required. This permission must include consent for the minor to participate in live lessons, as well as permission to be recorded and for the recording to be added to the Company's website.

It's important to note that all live lessons are recorded for quality and review purposes. Participants under the age of 16 are not permitted to join live lessons.

Limitation of Liability:

In no event shall ESL Whiteboard, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses arising out of or in connection with your use or inability to use the services provided by ESL Whiteboard, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, even if ESL Whiteboard has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ESL Whiteboard assumes no liability or responsibility for any (i) errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies of content; (ii) personal injury or property damage, of any nature whatsoever, resulting from your access to or use of our services; (iii) any unauthorized access to or use of our secure servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (iv) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our services; (v) any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our services by any third party; (vi) any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through our services; and/or (vii) user content or the defamatory, offensive, or illegal conduct of any third party.

In no event shall ESL Whiteboard, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, or licensors be liable to you or any third party for any claims, proceedings, liabilities, obligations, damages, losses, or costs in an amount exceeding the fees paid by you to ESL Whiteboard for the particular service provided during the twelve (12) month period preceding the event giving rise to the liability.

7. **Confidentiality:** Respect the privacy of others and do not share personal or confidential information shared by other members in the community.

8. **Reporting Violations:** If you witness any violations of these guidelines or encounter behavior that makes you uncomfortable, please report it to the moderators or administrators for appropriate action.

Failure to comply with these guidelines may result in disciplinary action, including but not limited to warnings, temporary suspension, or permanent banning from the community.

Account Usage Policy:

Each account is intended for use by a single user, meaning that only the paying member associated with the account is permitted to access and use the services provided.

Sharing account access with others is strictly prohibited and constitutes a violation of our service agreement. If it is discovered that an unauthorized user has accessed the account to attend lessons, the account will be permanently banned from accessing classes with the teacher whose class was attended by the unauthorized user.

To restore access to lessons, the unauthorized user may join the program as a paying member using the affiliate link provided by the paying member. Please note that becoming a paying member is the only way to restore access to lessons, and access will not be restored until the unauthorized user's membership has been confirmed.

We take account security and fair usage seriously to ensure the best experience for all members. Any violation of this policy may result in immediate account suspension or termination.

Password Policy:

To access certain features of the Site, you will be required to create a username and password during the registration process. It is your responsibility to maintain the confidentiality of your password and account information. You are also responsible for all activities that occur under your password or account, whether by you or by others.

The learning material we use is not the property of esl whiteboard but is used to teach our student we do not claim or tell our students that the material is the property of ESL Whiteboard. Any loss or damage caused by third party sites is not the resonlsblity of ESL Whiteboard.

ESL Whiteboard and all materials available on the website are the property of ESL Whiteboard and/or its affiliates or licensors, protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The website is provided solely for your personal, non-commercial use.
